EricWALLINGTONPeacefully at Kingston Hospital aged 93 years. Beloved husband of the late Mandolin and a dear father and grandfather. Funeral service to take place on Monday 16th August at St Boniface Church, Bunbury at 12.30pm followed by burial in the churchyard. Donations if so desired to Christian Aid and can be made via the funeral director. It's hard to believe that it's 3 years since my beloved father departed this life.Yet in so many ways he is still with us. Hardly a day goes by without we are reminded of the love we had for Grandgy and the love he showed to all of us. And his name resounds around our home constantly as little Eric is now a toddler. He will be told a lot about who he was named after as he grows. Dear Daddy you greatly missed but I grow more and more grateful for having had you as my father.

It is now just over 2 years since my beautiful father left this life to be with the Lord. My latest grandchild, who lives with us, has been named after him. Little Eric is gentle and so smiley. He is a constant reminder of his great grandfather, Grandgy as we called him, who is greatly missed.

It is now a year since my wonderful father left us to be with the Lord yet in many ways he is still with me. As I am in the process of sorting old photos and slides I am reminded of how blessed I have been to have him as my father.
