Cherished son of the late Mary and Patrick, a loving dad to Robert, Colin, Mark and Emily, a proud grandad of Summer, Jensen, Callum, Connor and Aida also a dearly loved brother and a good friend to many.
A celebration of Pat's life will be held at Huddersfield Crematorium on Friday 12th July at 12.30pm.
Donations will be gratefully received for the benefit of Macmillan Nurses.
