MonicaWALSHMonica sadly passed away on 16th August at Penylan House Nursing Home, aged 93 years. Sister of the late Margaret (Peggy), treasured Aunt of Margaret, Barbara, John, Michael and Paul and much loved 'Auntie Mon' to their 9 children and 12 grandchildren.

A Requiem Mass will be held in St Joseph's RC Church, New Zealand Rd, Cardiff on Wednesday 17th September at 11am, followed by a private family burial in Northern Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Cancer Research Wales, 22 Neptune Court, Vanguard Way, Cardiff CF24 5PJ

Close friends for over 50 years; Auntie Mon to our children and grandchildren; remembering wonderful, fun times making countless precious memories. “So glad you wanted me to visit, Mon. Your secret ‘wink’ said it all and will be etched in my mind forever. Thanks for being such an inspiration as well as my good friend”.

RIP Monica, no Christmas Card this year. A lovely lady who loved all animals. Such a kind neighbour of ours in Gelligaer Street, Cardiff. I'm sure you'll be missed so much by your family.
