PatriciaWARDNee Martin Patricia sadly passed away at Singleton Hospital on Saturday 16th December 2017 aged 79 years. Pat of Glyndwr Place, Townhill, Swansea. Loving mother of Mark and daughter in law Michelle, cherished nan to Ronan, adored sister to Maureen, Brian and the late Lawrence and Charles, loved sister in law to Ron, Carol and the late Diane, a dear aunty to all her nieces and nephews. Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends. Funeral Service will be held at Swansea Crematorium on Friday 5th January at 2.30pm.
