Patricia AnnWARDPAT Passed peacefully in hospital with her family by her side on 17th January 2019 aged 79. Formerly of The Duchess of York Hospital for Babies. Pat will be greatly missed by Tony, daughters Karen and Andrea and sisters Marion and Beryl. She also leaves behind much loved grandchildren Joshua, Jessica, Callum, Olivia, Saesha Blue and Ruby Tuesday. Pat will be missed by her whole family and many friends. Funeral to be held on Thursday 7th February at 2pm in the North Chapel, Southern Cemetery followed by a burial. Family flowers only.
