ValerieWARDLEIt is with much sadness that we announce the recent loss of Val aged 83 years, who passed away suddenly but peacefully on 27th January 2025, whilst in the care of the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital.
A loving and dearly loved Wife to James (Jim).
A loving and devoted Mam to James (Jimmy), David, Julie, Dennis, Paul, Penny, Jenny and Peter.
A much-loved Mother-in-law and Sister-in-law.
A devoted and dearly loved Nanna, Great-Nanna and
Great-Great Nanna.
Val was loved and respected by her large extended family and many groups of friends;
Val will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
A Service to celebrate Val’s life will take place at Grimsby Crematorium, Weelsby Avenue, Grimsby DN32 OBA on Tuesday 18th February at 1.30pm.
By request, immediate family flowers only. However,
a donation box will be available after the service for donations in lieu, if so desired. Funds in Val’s memory to be distributed to local Grimsby charities.
