David CorbettWAREINGIn Loving Memory of David Wareing,
long-time resident of Ruthin, formerly of Southport,
who passed away on 22 July 2025, aged 91 years.
David served for many years in the Merchant Navy
and later settled in North Wales.
A familiar face to many in the area as a driving instructor,
David helped generations of locals take their first journeys on the road.
Following the passing of his first wife, Barbara,
David was fortunate to find love again with Alison,
with whom he shared more than 15 happy years.
A devoted husband, father, grandpa and great-grandpa,
David embraced life to the full,
remaining active and independent to the end.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
At his request there will be no funeral.

Merchant Navy Fund or the British Heart Foundation.
