So sorry to hear of Gladys passing. As a former work colleague at Middlesbrough Council Gladys was a bubbly person and was one of those people whose humour really made life at work very fulfilling. I am sure everyone who new Gladys especially her family will miss her but she will always be in their thoughts.Under normal circumstances I am sure the service would have been standing room only.
