AndrewWEIRMartina, wife of the late Andrew Weir wishes to express her deep gratitude for the sympathy and kindness shown to her in her sad loss. Extended thanks to all the staff for the support and care given at Ysbyty Gwynedd, from Hospice at Home and at Hafan Menai. A special thank you to The Venerable Andrew Jones, Annie the organist and Andrew's friends who paid tribute and to all relatives and friends who attended to make the service memorable and honouring. Also to G D Roberts & Son for the professional and dignified funeral arrangements. Thank you also for the generous donations towards Macmillan Nurses.
