Passed away peacefully in hospital after a short illness on 1st January 2026, aged 92 years.
Elizabeth had lived in Bulkington for over 60 years, and was well known locally as a wonderful piano teacher to many adults and children. She also worked as a Deputy Registrar of Births, Marriages and Deaths at Nuneaton Register Office and initially at the General Electric Company in Coventry. She was a keen bridge player at Nuneaton Bridge club, a member of Coventry Wine Circle, an enthusiastic line dancer and was the piano accompanist for several choirs, most recently the Len Type Singers in Bulkington. She was married to Ben for 50 years before he passed away in 2009 and was also a much loved mother, grandmother, loyal friend and member of the community. She will be sadly missed by everyone who had the pleasure to know her.
Funeral service to be held at The Heart of England Crematorium, on Wednesday 4th February 2026 at 2:00pm
