PhilipWELSHA beloved husband of 53 years to Pam also a devoted dad to Nicole and a loving grandad to Amy and Liam and to great-grandson Blake, father-in-law to John. Phil passed away peacefully aged 79 years in the City Hospital on November 5th, 2022 with his loving family by his side. Funeral to take place at Wilford Hill Crematorium, main chapel on Tuesday November 29th at 12 noon. Afterwards at the Royal British Legion, Clifton for refreshments.
