Dear cousins Mike and Sue. I remember your mam so well. Joe my dad always spoke fondly of her and all his sisters. During our childhood she was always kind and fun. Hull was visited from time to time when we lived in the UK. Joe brought our family back to kilternan in 1973. Over the years we got the news from Dympse an Marie. I miss them all. I send you both hugs and love during this difficult time.Sylvia Mooney and all the Kelly children. Xx

Memories of Eileen, I grew up In Kilternan Ireland, I knew all the Kelly's, My Aunt was Rose Kelley, we lived within walking distance. Eileen was much older since I was born in 1949, She had moved to England , I heard her name come up in conversations with my Aunt Rose . My Family moved to the America in 1960, in 2000 we did a return to Ireland for a Reunion, then on to Hull to visit my Cousins there especially my Aunt Rita Newton. On one of our trips around town I meet up with her, a lovely woman, well dressed hair and makeup. we had not seen each other in many years but talked of old times.since those days I have meet up with her sisters Marie and Dympna on a trip to Edmonton Canada.

Rest in Peace dear Cousin, will be thinking of you March 30th

Sending condolences to all the family on the passing of my dear sister Eileen.

We played as children in the green fields of Kilternan Co Wicklow.

You left for your life in England and we really only kept in contact through the post. We left for Australia and our lives were all changed forever.

It’s hard to break the bond of a sister. Always in our thoughts, hearts and mind.

I am very sad by the news today as you and I were the last two siblings from the Kelly family. Thinking of you all as you prepare to celebrate the life of a lovely lady.
Sending warm hugs from our extended family here in Australia.

Your loving sister Christina (Ita)

Dear Mike and Sue,
I'm so very sad to hear of your dear mother Eileen's passing. She was such a lovely lady and I will miss her. I spoke to her last on Jan 22nd and she sounded well. We reminisced about my mother (your aunty) Marie and how we both miss her so much since her passing on April 18, 2025. They kept in touch, across the many miles, via regular phone calls and mail. They were great sisters, dear friends, and shared a special bond.
I'm sending love and big hugs to both of you. May your memories bring you comfort at this very sad time. With love,
Your cousin Sonia in Canada
