Farewell my old mate.
Over the years we have travelled the length and width of Britain, working and learning new skills along the way.
We fished in lakes, rivers and the sea whilst putting the world to rights.
As one of life's great characters and a good mate, George will be sadly missed.
Gordon, Carole and family send their deepest condolences to George's family.
