Janet DoreenWHITEThe family of Janet Doreen White are sad to announce her passing on 13 October 2022 after a short illness. Leaving her surviving daughters Angela and Carol. She will be cremated on 11 November 2022 at 2.15pm at the Surrey and Sussex Crematorium. There will be refreshments at Heathy Farm, Balcombe Road, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 3NQ from 3.15pm. Mum wanted donations to the British Heart Foundation or the Red Cross instead of flowers. Mum spent many Sundays in the company of parishioners and friends at St Edwards Church and our family had been very engaged in St Edwards until we moved as a family in 1996, taking the choir boys on camping holidays. She was a dinner lady and school teaching assistant at Wolsey School and a brownie and guide leader in New Addington. She supported the lives of many children and young people during her life in New Addington. She was an avid member of the Women's Social Club and with her friends there put on many shows for the appreciative audiences and having carnival lorries annually with her friends. RIP - Janet White - 24.3.1944 - 13.10.2022. Be at peace now mum and laugh in the sunshine.
