Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital, of Maes Teg, Trefnant, formerly of Denbigh, and originally from Corwen, aged 84 years.
Beloved wife of the late Alan, a loving sister, fond aunt and good friend to many, who will be sadly missed.
Funeral Service at St Asaph Crematorium on Tuesday, 9 July at 3pm.
Family flowers only, but donations in memory of Pat will be gratefully accepted towards Versus Arthritis
