MadieWHITELEYOn March 11th at Scunthorpe General Hospital, after a long illness bravely fought, Madie aged 78. Daughter of the late Walter and Madeline Ellis, beloved wife of John and devoted mother to Ann and Paul and mother-in-law to Terry and Rachel, loving nanna to Helen and Laura, sister to Lawrence and sister-in-law to June, Ken and Joan. Special thanks to all the staff on the intensive care units of both Scunthorpe General Hospital and Hull Royal Infirmary and also to Fr. John O'Gara for his comforting service. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
