Thanks to Rev Nick Heaton for his service, Fiona at T.W. Birks and Son for all her help with the funeral arrangements, to all those who stood to pay their respects on Graham's final journey through Holmfirth and to those who formed part of the cortege for a unique tribute to a wonderful man.
