Dearest Mam,

We all knew this heartbreaking event would come one day, as it must. We, your girls, are left with a treasury of memories, interests (MGM musicals 🥰) and stories from your long life.
I hope you know how much you were loved? We all had spats, but what family doesn't? Regardless, love brought us back together.
Finally, I hope you have seen your Pilot face to face now that you have crost the bar.
Endless love, mammy, from Lindsay Xx

Dear Mam,
It’s hard to sum up how a Mother’s love is defined but I can only reflect on my experience of the times throughout my life when I have had significant events, whether happy or sad , my immediate instinct was always to speak to you and Dad because I hoped my news would make you happy too or you would know what to say or do if I had to bring you bad news . In my darkest moments I needed you to be with me and you unwavering were .I know you knew how much I loved you. I am who I am because of you and Dad and that’s not a bad legacy to leave in your wake . I will love you forever.
Night night Mam. X
