We would like to thank staff at the Christie Hospital, Macmillan Nurses and district nurses for their care, the Rev Peter Chantry for his kind ministrations, David Greatorex for his moving tribute to Graham, Gavin and all the firemen who performed the fire brigade funeral which reflected Graham's love of the brigade so well.
