ShirleyWILLIAMSAnn (Pilcher) Passed away peacefully after a very short illness on Wednesday 21st February 2018. The funeral is to be held on Monday 12th March, 10.45am at Thanet Crematorium, and afterwards at The Windmill Pub Ramsgate all friends and family welcome.
