Louise, what I would give to do just one more set of your usual, french tips! A wonderful client, who became so much more.. I hope you know how much I adore you, how much you mean to me and how much I am going to miss you! Your support, care and love always shone through. How you treated me, and my children, who equally adored you, says so much about the wonderful lady you were. It breaks my heart to think I am never going to hear you call me 'doll' just one more time - or ask for a french - or see your beautiful, smiling face coming into the salon - or having one of your amazing cakes, or gorgeous cupcakes again.. Louise, you were such a special lady, one of a kind, with a heart of gold! I am going to miss everything about you! Your smile, your laugh, your jowls (😂), everything!! I will hold you in my heart forever, thank you for everything! ❤️💔

The world seems a little less bright without you Louise. You had a way of making everyone feel special and your kindness and compassion will live on. Although I only knew you for a short time, each time we met it felt like old friends catching up for a coffee. I will always remember the advice you gave me and I am grateful for the impact you had on my life, as well as Eleri's. Your legacy will continue to inspire me always.
