Deeply appreciated Rev. Erik Wilson, Vicar at St. Barnabas and Rev. Mike Proctor, Vicar at St. Cuthbert's at Marton for the wonderful service. All the amazing staff at Middleton Hall who looked after Derek with such care and dedication. And the Co-op Funeral directors, especially Edward Miller for all their support and kindness.
