FredWILLSHAWChristine, Andrew, Terrina and Harriet would like so very much to take this opportunity of expressing their most heartfelt appreciation to all relatives, friends and neighbours for all the overwhelming messages of sympathy and support, cards of condolence, donations and flowers received following their recent sad loss of Fred. We would like to most especially thank all doctors and staff at The Park Medical Centre Leek, The Podiatry Department at Leek Health Centre, The District Nurses, Paramedics and the many clinics at the R.S.U.H for all their devoted care and support shown to Fred during his illness, which was so very much appreciated, also to S. Sigley & Sons for their help with all the funeral arrangements and finally to everyone who very kindly attended the funeral service - it was beautiful service and such a great tribute to Fred.
