Glyn (Wishy)WISHARTEx Green Howard Battalion Robert and Wendy would like to express thanks for the flowers, cards and messages of condolences, offered to us on the loss of our son Glyn. To Major Tony Warriner and Lynn Simpson, who organised the services of Veteran Standard-Bearers, Bugler, Bikers and Poppy Wreath, all gave their time for free, but provided an emotional, memorable and "priceless" send off, for "one of their own", we were truly overwhelmed. Mr Stephen Liddle, for a fitting celebratory service of Glyn's life. To The Don Bar pub, Stockton, who organised their own farewell event and to all those who attended. To Rachel Williams from Co-op Funeral Service, whose excellent care and patience eased the burden of what has been such a traumatic time in our lives. Last but not least to the great number of people who filled the chapel to capacity and to those who gave donations to The Royal British Legion and Armed Forces Bikers. Glyn, would be highly amused, though proud to realise he had touched the lives of so many. God Bless you all.
