Clare LouiseWOODMANSadly but peacefully after a long illness courageously borne on Saturday 30th May, Clare passed away. She was taken from us too soon. She was loved by everyone who met her. She was a devoted and loving daughter of Michael and Lesley, precious mother to James and Isabella, much loved sister of Mark, dear sister-in-law of Natalie. Adored by her nanny Joyce, aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be sorely missed by all her family and countless friends and work colleagues. A massive thanks to all staff in Ward T of Morriston Hospital who were so caring towards Clare. Due to the current situation there will be a private funeral and a celebration of Clare's life will be held at a later date.
