Emma LouiseWOODRUPEmma Louise Woodrup, aged 44 years, passed away peacefully at the Royal Oldham Hospital on March 13. Emma leaves her parents John and Julie Woodrup and her devoted sister Jayanne. She was the beloved mother of four children including the late Luke. She also leaves loving nieces, a great-niece, great-aunts, aunties, uncles and many cousins. Mostly she leaves a whole host of friends who she focused on throughout her life, collecting them where ever she went. In particular, Zoe, Coral, Clare, Helen, Tony. She attended St Mary’s Primary School and Bacup and Rawtenstall Grammar School. She was a keen and accomplished swimmer which she enjoyed throughout her life and later took up surfing. She was an avid reader and retained her love of music and dancing. The service and committal will be held on Thursday, April 6 starting from St James Street, Rawtenstall at 1.15pm for 1.45pm at Burnley Crematorium. The service will be conducted by Kathy Unsworth. Family flowers only. Any donations should be made to SANDS or the British Liver Trust through Dawn Winfield at Fred Hamers Funeral Service, St James Street, Rawtenstall, BB4 7NE. Emma, you will be greatly missed by so many. You were my best friend from being 3yr old, and although we drifted apart in our teens, you remained in my thoughts.. sleep well my dear friend. Xx
