Claire LouiseWOODSSadly passed away on 12th July at her home in Bonymaen surrounded by her loving family after a long battle bravely fought. Much loved partner to Jason, loving mother to Marcus, Aliyah and Jay, treasured daughter to Eileen and Gary, adored sister to Lisa, Joanne, Darren, Craig, Jamie and Adam, cherished and amazing auntie to all her nieces and nephews. Claire will be greatly missed by all her aunties, uncles, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, family and friends. Funeral service will be held at Swansea Crematorium on Monday 1st August at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please.
