Samuel PeterWRIGHT(SAM) Sally, Damian and Millie would like to thank all their very dear family and wonderful friends for the support and love given to Sam and all of them throughout Sam's precious life. Thank you to Rev Patrick Evans, Rev Martin Abrams, Maria Parker, John Harding and Fr Atli Jonsson for making Sam's Service a real celebration of his life and for being such a big part of Sam's life, for all the ministries over the years that have helped give the family strength to celebrate Sam so positively. Heartfelt thanks to Ceri and Brenda for leading the music at Sam's service of remembrance, to all the "Team" at Ainsdale Methodist Church and Ainsdale Community Care for organising Sam's day so beautifully. Sincere gratitude to the doctors and nurses at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital and the community team at Ormskirk Hospital for the wonderful care Sam received and the friendships we all made. Thank you to the teachers and children from Our Lady Of Lourdes Primary School and Christ The King High School for their continued support and to Zak Vali Foundation for their generous gift which has helped the family so much.
