CharlotteYEOMANSJane The family would like to thank everyone for attending the funeral and the kind donations, which exceeded £600, to be shared between the Greenfields over 60's Club and the Leys Amenities Fund. Thank you to Karen and her team of nurses for their care over many years, also everyone at the Leys for looking after mum for the past six years. Thanks also to the Reverend Paul Naylor for the lovely Service and the Shire Horse for the wake. Many thanks too, for the kind and professional Service from W. Jones & Son.
