Died peacefully at Abbeyfield Residential Care Home, Gosforth on 13th January 2026, aged 90 years.
Shirley, a much-loved cousin of David and Catherine and a dear friend to many, she will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Would family and friends please meet for service at West Road Crematorium on Thursday 5th February 2026 at 3pm.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Cancer Research UK via a collection as you leave the Crematorium.
Many thanks to the staff at Abbeyfield and the Freeman Hospital for their tender care for Shirley.
