JackWESTPassed away peacefully on the 23rd July 2014 aged 94 years. He will be deeply missed by wife Betty son Steve, Ann, Andy and all family and friends. Funeral Service and cremation will be at Lodge Hill on Monday 4th August 2014 at 2:00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Dementia UK, may be left on the plate provided.
