I was really sorry to hear about the death of Gordy.
Kingy was a true Saracen through and through and anyone associated with the club over the last few decades will know and very much miss him. Kingy always had a smile on his face. From Sarries bar manager, to spoofing legend, to the way he played his 'speed' golf, I'm quite certain all of us have our own very fond memories of Kingy - really one of a kind and he will be missed by so many.
I'm sorry I had to miss the funeral but I would like to pass on my best wishes to all of his family.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Gordy. One of the good guys who always had a smile to share and a many words of encouragement (& critique) to Sarries players from the sidelines. He was and always will be a rugby club legend and I know how much he will be missed by his family, so we send our heartfelt condolences.
